Leaders Powerhouse 2026 — How to Qualify
LEADERS POWERHOUSE – OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 🔥

April 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026

August 4–7, 2026

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Must be a current agent, Team Leader (TL), or Key Leader (KL) within Miranda Martin Agency.
All qualifiers must re-earn their title during the contest period.
Titles held prior do not count — production during this window is what qualifies.
PRODUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
Team Leader (TL)
-
2 consecutive months
-
$10,000 issued team production
-
3 writers (minimum 2 direct)
Key Leader (KL)
-
2 consecutive months
-
$20,000 issued team production
-
4 writers (minimum 3 direct)
Agency Owner (AO)
-
3 consecutive months
-
$30,000 issued team production
-
6 writers (minimum 4 direct)
AGENCY OWNER BONUS
-
New Agency Owner qualifiers earn a private suite
-
Eligible to bring one (1) guest
ADDITIONAL ATTENDANCE
-
Current Agency Owners or additional guests may sponsor attendance (based on availability)

$750 per person
TRAVEL
-
Travel and airfare are booked by the qualifier
-
All travel must be booked by August 1, 2026
ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS
To qualify and attend, participants must:

Be active, contracted, and in good standing
-
Attend National Conference & be registered by July 31, 2026
-
Have no lead debt or outstanding balances at time of qualification or travel

Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of all rules and the full contest disclaimer.
OFFICIAL DISCLAIMER
Participation in the LEADERS POWERHOUSE Incentive Program is voluntary.
Qualification is based solely on records maintained by Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), and all determinations are final.
Only issued business will count toward qualification.
All participants must:

Be active, contracted, and in good standing with SFG and all carriers through the time of travel

Have no lead debt, chargebacks under review, or outstanding balances owed to SFG or their upline at qualification or travel time
-
Maintain a minimum of 150 PPL
-
Meet SFG persistency standards
Failure to meet these standards at any point may result in disqualification or rescission of the trip award.
TRAVEL TERMS
The trip is scheduled for August 4–7, 2026.

Airfare is the sole responsibility of the qualifier
-
All travel arrangements must be handled directly by the qualifier
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All qualifiers and guests travel and participate at their own risk.
Neither Symmetry Financial Group, Miranda Martin Financial Group, nor any affiliated Master Agencies are responsible for:

Injury or illness
-
Travel delays or cancellations
-
Loss, theft, or damage
-
Any incidents occurring before, during, or after the trip
FORFEITURE POLICY
If a qualifier is unable to attend for any reason—including but not limited to:

Illness
-
Travel disruptions
-
Weather events
-
Government restrictions
-
Other unforeseen circumstances
The award will be forfeited in full, including for any guest.

Awards are non-transferable
-
Awards hold no cash value
-
No substitutions, credits, or rain checks will be issued
PROGRAM AUTHORITY
Symmetry Financial Group and its affiliated Master Agencies reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:

Modify
-
Amend
-
Interpret
-
Suspend
-
Cancel
any portion of this program at any time.
All decisions are final and binding.
MEDIA RELEASE
By attending, all qualifiers and guests grant permission to Symmetry Financial Group, Miranda Martin Financial Group, and affiliated Master Agencies to:

Record
-
Use their name, image, and likeness
for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.
